will abuse and deplete the oceans of fishes and other resources..
will fill the waters with garbage and plastic...
will destroy the corals and atolls by constructing structures and runways..
will reclaim sporadically lands owned by the seas...
will eventually cause the total demise of the seas because of his utter disregard to their destruction...
