of the public who voted them into office. They look decent, cultured and scholarly. Pundits in governance. They wear suits and crisply ironed "Barong Tagalog" and are usually seen inside the government offices debating, heckling, and enacting laws of the land.

And despite the stern warning of President Digong that  corrupt officials who plunder the government treasury will be dealt with harshly, still, these officials are not afraid.
