who can blame the poorest? all they got are promises of better health services from the government. apparently, the funds are siphoned by those HIGH RANKING OFFICIALS whose sadistic and narcissistic appetite for power are beyond cure. isn't it but fitting that deprived ones  also pay their hospital dues with "promises". (buti na lang, may iniwan pa na cellphone.)

daily headlines banner the names of those who were involve in the ELECTION FRAUD four years ago. Eaten by guilt, the "witnesses" are doing the last minute conscience cleansing. kudos to these "witnesses of the state"!! they must be avid followers of 100 DAYS AND 100 WAYS to seek inner peace.
